Problem description: 

I can not save or open a file with password-protection in writer.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a new file
2. insert any text
3. save as with password protection
4. input the password twice
5. then ENTER generates the error

or

1. open a passwordprotected file 
2. input the password
3. ENTER  generates the error

Current behavior:

I/O-Error-Message

Expected behavior:

correkt saved file with password-protection
