Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
Open the attached docx file

Current behavior:
two problems: 1. header text box missing. 2. bullet point image different from MS word.

Expected behavior:
display the docx file similar to MS office

There are two problems on this file, the second part is a dup. The first part, the header problem is not addressed.

From what I can see this was never confirmed by QA team - moving to UNCONFIRMED to get their confirmation.

Can not reproduce

The test document was opened in :

Pages for osx 10.10

LO dev alpha2 master build

Word for Mac 2011

they all displayed seemingly identically
