Problem description: (all XP 32 bit) Uninstalling LibreOffice or the extra Help File results in: 1:fonts becoming squares and timer showing zero in window during uninstallation. Uninstallation occurs though as if everything is OK.
Perhaps this bug is related to my other: Bug-63217  Here the first comment I made is confusing and should be erased. I rewrote it below on the Bug-63217 site,page and it is clear now my explanation.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Remove LibreOffice from Add/Remove programs.
2. ....In window the squares appear as dialog and timer is zero.
3. ....

Current behavior: SAME !

Expected behavior:Dialog should be readable and timer should count down from 2 minutes.
