A few screen dumps to show what I mean

Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Data
2. Validity
3. Allow
4. List
5. Add posts in list
6. OK

Current behavior: Scroll list unresponsive when trying to access it. Doesn't open. When accessing the list again, there are no posts in the list. Seems they are not saved.

Expected behavior: Scroll list should be unfolded when trying to access it. The added posts should be visible in the validation meny.

Thanks for reporting; this bug has been already reported and fixed. The fix will be available in 4.1.2.
