Problem description: It is not possible to insert eps picture in Write.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new document in Write
2. Choose from menu: Insert -> Picture -> From File
3. Choose any eps file (for example this: http://dryicons.com/free-graphics/preview/june-frame/)

Current behavior:
Message: Graphics filter not found.

Expected behavior:
EPS file inserted and visible in Write (as it worked in version 4.0.2.2)
