ODS file showing the problem

LibreOffice Calc has incorrect default values for decimals making it quite strange if you want to have no decimals:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Example.ods
2. Go in cell C3 and go into the menu to format the cell ("Zellen formatieren")
3. As you can see the field for "decimals" is already on 0.
4. As everything is how you want it to be, close the dialogue by clicking on ether OK or cancel.

Result:

The cell still has decimals

Expected results:

The cell shouldn't have decimals as the value "decimals" is on 0.

In order the really have no decimals you have to enter "0" again into the decimals or delete the existing 0 to have it replaced by a new 0.

I think it's a long standing issue with "General" or "Standard" format.
