The second option "Use only paper size from printer preferences" is translated wrong to "Nur den Papierschacht der Druckereinstellungen nutzen". 
It has to be "Nur die Papiergröße der Druckereinstellungen benutzen"

I don't know German but indeed there's a problem here since translation is the same for 2 different messages:

It's a dup in the dialog, search for "printpaperfromsetup":

Fixed in Pootle today for 4.1 and 4.2.

Should be corrected in 4.1.5.2 (or 4.2.6.1) and 4.2.1.1.
