Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. From your web browser (tested with Firefox), copy a mailto: link (email address) 2. Start Libo Calc with a blank document. Paste the link into any cell. 3. If the mailto: link is properly taken into account it will appear in colour (the text background is blue in my case) 4. Click on the cell, try to modify its content from the top bar Current behavior: When trying to remove a character from the cell content (that belonged to a mailto link) it will clear the whole text. Expected behavior: It should be possible to change a few letters in a mailto: link without having to rewrite the whole text. Usual use case : when you have a document with a column containing email addresses. If you didn't do a special paste (raw text with no style), this problem will occur. Advanced users can select the column and remove the formatting but other users will have some trouble. Operating System: Ubuntu Version: 4.2.3.1 rc
Hi Mehendra, thanks for reporting. Your issue is that after the hyperlink is created you need to go through Menu/Insert/Hyperlink where you can edit the mailto or the text. Resolved as notabug, please if you are not agree, reopen it.
