Problem description: работают не все пункты меню "Файл\Мастер" во всех версиях libreoffice
Steps to reproduce:
1/2. недоступны пункты "Файл\Мастер\Письмо...", "Файл\Мастер\Факс...", "Файл\Мастер\Повестка дня..."
2/2. пункт "Файл\Мастер\Конвертер Евро..." вместо конвертации валют выдаёт ошибку "Resource with ID = 1006 not found!" и больше ничего не делает

Translation:

Not all items under File->Wizards are working.

1/2. Letter/Fax/Agenda are unavailable.
2/2. Euro Converter, instead of conversion, returns an error: "Resource with ID = 1006 not found!", and refuses to continue.

This is because in "service \ parameters \ path" were given the wrong path where the desired data.
