Description Lisa 2014-05-08 15:16:42 UTC
When printing, all of our libreoffice installations have a popup that states: "Could not start printer. Please check your printer configuration."

We are running Ubuntu 14.04LTS, and Libreoffice 4.2.3.3

prints fine in Windows. try upgrading to 4.2.4.2 with a clean new user profile.

Version 4.2.4.2 is not available for linux.
I installed the libreoffice PPA, and still did not get 4.2.4.2
People still run windows? <wink>

I see available Linux packages here: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/

Please upgrade to LibreOffice 4.2.4 at least. Problem is fixed. See bug 77776. To keep up to date you also can use the PPA packages here: https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ppa

Kind regards,
Joren
