Installation of alpha version 4.3 in Ubuntu 10.04 (64 bit) is breaking the software repository. So to be able to update Libreoffice needs to be uninstalled.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and unpack the software
2. Issue the command in the directory /Libre.../DEBS sudo dpkg -i *.deb
