Problem description: 
Selecting 'File > Wizards > Letter' results in no further action.
Selecting 'File > Wizards > Fax' results in no further action.
Selecting 'File > Wizards > Agenda' results in no further action.

It has been fixed in 4.2.5, the next LO version (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/4.2#4.2.5_release)
