I just downloaded libreoffice 4.3.0.4, installation appeared to work fine. At first launch, libreoffice states it needs to restore a document, upon clicking ok, program goes to full screen and locks up.

Hi, please try this workaround:
If you rename or delete the quickstart.exe the option disappears from Memory menu.
Just like in the portable version
