Problem description: Save As dialogue New Folder button closes Save As window.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In settings/libreoffice/general check "use libreoffice dialogs"
2. Open file
3. file/save as
4. in save as dialogue click upper right corner icon for new folder
5. dialogue is closed 

Current behavior: Save As dialogue New Folder button closes Save As window.

Expected behavior: Create new folder.

forgot to add that I checked in writer and calc and behave that way.
