Reproducible for me with Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: a65459eae58f342787abe4c766912f964a8383be built at home under Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64 With LO 4.3.3.0.0+ updating the TOC shows the chapter numbering in the TOC. Best regards. JBF
