Before save. New created textbox and rotated

Create new shape
Add TextBox
Open shape option and rotate for any angle.
Resoult may be very strange, for example - shape in one place, textbox in another :)

Hmm... after save it for attach into this issue I reopen and it fine.
Seems problem only when I create new shape+textbox and rotate it.
I will attach both screenshots

Please look.

ps. Sorry for my English

Where you see beta1 in "Version"? :) Still only alpha.
In subject you may see 4.4.0.0.beta1 from today.
OS Gentoo Linux ~amd64 (unstable)

At home gentoo linux too. Same issue.
Ok. Reboot into win7_x64...

Are you really about new 4.4 feature? Not about old shape+text?

Text is also not Rotated in DOCX shapes
Comment 13 Luke 2017-03-11 21:47:15 UTC
This is a Writer specific issue. In Draw, Impress, and Calc the text will rotate with the shape. The "TextBox" shape does rotate in writer, but all other shapes do not.
Comment 14 Luke 2017-03-11 23:44:40 UTC
Text is Rotated in MS-DOC shapes. See Bug 106501.

The behavior appears to be reversed. Text should be rotated in Native ODF/DOCX and it is not. Text should not be rotated in .DOC and it is.

Still repro in Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: 7bc99b2ab93f6a2ca30eff738ac1669375d1a6a2
The text in Shapes with Text Boxes is still not rotated with the shape.
Comment 17 Miklos Vajna 2019-06-20 07:06:55 UTC
Rotated complex text in shapes is a relatively large missing feature, just to set expectations. :-)

Dear ungifted,

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present.

If you have time, please do the following:

Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice.

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice.

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not
appropriate in this case)

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://web.libera.chat/?settings=#libreoffice-qa
