Try clicking on "Create chart" in Calc, click "Cancel", and the document is marked as modified, but nothing happened with it.

Version 5.2.3.1 still has this bug.
Actually this is a more general problem. Start with an unmodified document. Type something, and the document gets marked as modified. Undo the typing, and the document is still marked as modified. This would make sense, if the undo/redo history was saved in the document, but it isn't.
