Demo document

1. Insert header and add image to it (it work with shapes too). Set the image to background.
The image must exceed the header height.
2. In the body add a large table, and set the background of all cells to a color.

The image is displayed as the table background whereas we expect the color to be the table background.

Confirmed with attachment 113501 [details].

Right-click blue shape - Arrange - Send to back.
It stays on top of the table color, yet does not obstruct table borders.

I'm seeing this in Fedora 29, LibreOffice 6.1.5.2 10(Build:2).
