I set up into a page style a background image (png) and set up transparency to 85%.
I saved the file.
I close LibreOfiice Writer.
I open the saved document and the transparency setting into the page style is back to "no transparency".
With the first page style it is even worse, the background image and the transparency setting disappear when trying to manually revert to original settings...
