border painting in calc as an example

In the Hebrew vertion (Right-to-Left interface), in some objects, the view is inverted in relation to the fields. Among these objects: the zoom scroll-bar, the colores selection plate, the borders painting in calc, and so on...

Confirmed weird stuff.
Zoom slider moves inverted and the - and + are the wrong way around.
Color & border selection from the toolbar dropdown places the selection box in between the selectables.

Tested on:
Win 7
גרסה: 4.4.1.2

I generally don't see the issues reported here, with 26.2 nightlies.

There may be some residual issues - but _not_ the ones Daniel describes nor the ones in the screenshot.

So, resolving this one as FIXED.

Fixed is the wrong status as we don't have commits, so let's use wfm.
