pptx with bullet color red

Problem description: 
  The color of the bullet points on a presenation slide is not exported after saved as pptx in LibreOffice.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached pptx in Libre Office
  -> fomat looks as expected
2. save the file as pptx
3. close LibreOffice
4. Open the file again

Current behavior:
  After the document has ben saved in LO the bullet color gets destroyed.

Expected behavior:
  The color of the bullet point should export properly.

I can confirm with LO 4.4.1.2

Red color is black after save.
When open in powerpoint2010, the program says the file is corrupted and want to repair this file. After repair powerpoint is unable to open this file.
Setting to NEW.

Also for me reproducible with LO 4.4.1.2, Win 8.1 as described by raal
If you save it as ppt everything is fine
