Second table columns are wrong after i saved and opened again the documen

Table formatting does not work if the file format is RTF. It looks like the functions that create the problem are those of the menu "Table / Fit". Enclose an example, the problem is clearly visible in the second table. thanks

I noticed a small border width change issue with the attached file and created bug 141148 for it.
