Created attachment 116198 [details] screenshot of bug When opening a powerpoint slide show, I can see the slides in edit mode but once I move to display, only the right half of the slide is viewable and the left side is blank white. I downloaded and installed libre office twice trying to make sure it wasn't a bad install. I am working on a Windows, 8.1 system. screenshot attached
Which LO version did you download 4.3.7 or 4.4.3? Also, would it be possible you attach the powerpoint file by using this link https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=91779&action=enter?
Created attachment 116203 [details] powerpoint from screenshot Libre Office was download 4.4.3, that I took from download.com cnet
Thank you for your feedback. I downloaded the powerpoint the file but failed to reproduce your problem with LO Debian package 4.4.3 I can view in edit mode, in slideshow. What do you mean when you say "move to display"? Could you be more specific for the step by step process to reproduce this?
Copy paste of mail sent in private: when I try to open any powerpoint in libre office, I get the results that is shown in the screenshot. When I "move to display" means when I leave the edit/create mode, it produces the images as described in my screenshot. I am using a yoga pro 2 that has a very high screen resolution. 3200 x 1800. I reduced it, but that didn't have any impact. (Philip: please don't answer directly but use this link https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91779# to answer) Anyway, thank you for your feedback. I don't reproduce this but perhaps someone will be luckier than me.
