Mouse pointer / cursor disappears when it is most needed, after selecting a drawing tool on the left side tool bar. Steps: 1) Hover the mouse over the page or drawing area (Cursor is visible) 2) Select any drawing function by clicking, for instance, text box tool bar button Result: Cursor disappears This bug doesn't happen in Linux (Debian 8 Jessie XFCE) but it does in Win7 x86
Not reproduced here. Does it happen in beta3 still? Win 7 Pro 64-bit Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: 5fc0cbbc1254223fedf0f78c5e7539219b228697 TinderBox: Win-x86@39, Branch:master, Time: 2015-06-11_04:30:51 Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI)
Hi, It already happens in beta3. I think there is a common root cause for this issue and the next ones: - Calc - Clone Format - Impress - Any drawing function (text box, line...) In those three cases, on Windows 7 x64, cursor/mouse pointer disappears when one of those functions is selected and mouse enters the drawing area (in case of Calc, the spreadsheet itself) Beluga, let me know if you need more info. I can record a video if you still can't reproduce this bug.
I can reproduce the bug on Windows 7, LO 5.0Beta3. In all program modules (Calc, Writer, Impress, Draw), the mouse cursor disappears after selecting a drawing feature from the drawing toolbar. The mouse cursor disappears when you move it into the document area.

This bug persists on LO 5 Beta3. In my view it is crucial to solve it because it renders Draw and Impress useless. Calc clone formatting is also mission impossible.
