Description Enio 2015-08-02 12:27:26 UTC
After installing the x86_64 5.0.0.5 build I got this error message:
error 0xc000007b

I installed all the VC++ runtimes as recommend here:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88940

but no success. Also I'm using windows 10 not sure if that's a significant factor.

I have now installed the x86 5.0.0.5 build which works fine, but would be nice to have the 64 bit build working.

Hi sfm.neo,

Did you install x64 runtimes too?
Comment 2 V Stuart Foote 2015-08-02 14:49:24 UTC
Several potential causes--none of them LO issues. But, trouble shooting as here:

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1991597/windows-bit-error-0xc000007b.html

From LO 64-bit build on Windows 10 perspective, this would be more troublesome.

Should you dig in using Dependency Walker and identify a LO dll mixed use call please post back.

yes, I installed the x64 runtimes.

I am lowering this down from Blocker as this was not a status set by QA. Setting to defaults - I know for a fact that LibreOffice runs on Windows 10 so...very unlikely to be our problem.

Have the same issue with:
LibreOffice_5.0.2.2_Win_x64
error 0xc000007b
Comment 8 Joel Madero 2015-09-19 17:59:42 UTC
Please don't change the version number - a message appears that says that version is oldest version that the issue is present...
