at big documents (like writer guide for libreoffice) resizing the sidebar makes hiding the dropdown arrow at the templates. Resizing of the field doesn't work correct. Switching to another sidebar (e.g. templates) and back everything look fine. Resizing again makes trouble, up to making Libreoffice crashing.

The error occurs only when bigger documents are loaded.

Please provide a sequence of steps that I can use to attempt to reproduce this behaviour.

If I click randomly on any of the sidebar icon shortcuts, I don't notice any particular problem.

OK, I understand where the problem is.

Reducing the width of the sidebar in a Writer document causes the Styles dropdown menu to not be redrawn correctly, thereby hiding the dropdown arrow. The other dropdown menus do not behave in this way, rather they shrink their dimensions to the appropriate new reduced size and still keep their dropdown arrows visible.

Exactly, that's it. With some bigger documents loaded resizing the sidebar when the dropdown arrow isn't visible makes Libreoffice unusable (more than 100% CPU usage - Libreoffice doesn't react any more and the process has to be killed)

I hope this is fixed along with Bug 93290.
