The bug seems to be that its simply duplicating the first value in the second part like it does with all the other tooltips, when this tooltip cant do that. Seems to be from the code imported from apache. The control was removed from the sidebar, but was added to the notebookbar, where it is still broken.
Szymon Kłos committed a patch related to this issue.
