When selecting "Load LibreOffice during system startup" in the installation options panel this does not take effect when installation s finished. The user STILL has to go into LO seetings and make it manually after installation.

still present in x64 and x32, ver 5.2.1.2 Bug description: when installing LO it offers "load LO on windows start" as a tickbox in the installer. Despite that, when restarting windows LO quickstart is is not started. Workaround today: when starting LO (manually) the firs time after installation, the user has to go into prefrences and tick the same box again, "load LO on windows start". When restarting windows after that it works well.
