A file to reproduce a bug

1. Open in calc file attached
2. Start print preview
3. Press page settings button from toolbar
4. get AV

Crash happens while starting page settings from main windows as well

No crash in Ubuntu 15.04 running 5.0.2.2

For the test, could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give a new try?
