The About LibreOffice window opens slowly. There's about a one second delay before it shows up.
Given the fact that it doesn't contain much, and surely less than the Options window, it should show up almost immediately, like the latter does.

To reproduce: Open the Help menu, click on "About LibreOffice".
Expected: The About LibreOffice window shows up immediately.
Actual: There's a noticeable delay before it shows up.

This seems to be a regression from bug 59970.
