Installing LO 5 Suite over existing LO 4 Suite uninstalls LO4 and removes the program folders but the [user]/Appdata/roaming data remains in the LibreOffice/4 directory. One would expect it to relocate to LibreOffice/5

This is not a bug, it's there for compatibility reasons. Maybe someday it'll use '5'.

Not a bug, LO 5 stores data in LibreOffice/4 directory.
