Description David C. Rankin 2016-03-26 09:57:16 UTC
Guys,

This is pretty basic and comical. With a new 5.1.1.3 install on Window 7 (I rarely use windows, but when I do I load LO). I was moving my templates and wordbook from Linux over, finished and was attempting to Exit writer.

I chose File -> Exit LibreOffice ... and ... Nothing happened??

That's a new one. Exiting via the window decoration control works fine. The shortcut 'Ctrl+Q' works fine, but using the menu to select 'Exit LibreOffice' doesn't do a thing.

That's about it. There are more run of the mill quirks in how the Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Writer -> View (Horizontal/Vertical) Ruler ListBox has no left-margin (or padding), but the no-exit is the primary quirk here.

Keep up the good work and I'll try and make friends with 5.x (I now cringe at version updates. 10 years ago, I used to look forward to updates, tighter-code, better performance, refined interface... now it's more of -- cross your fingers and pray nothing important is broken)

I apologize, this is on Win_7 x86_64 if that makes any difference.
