Description Mark B 2016-04-10 08:13:17 UTC
I reported this issue two versions ago and it is still happening. Ctrl-Q works fine but clicking 'Exit LibreOffice' or doing Alt-F then x does nothing.

What makes this doubly frustrating is that when I search 'My Bugs' to quote the original bug ref it shows Zarro Boogs found, which I assume means there is no history of my bug report. So, rather than re-open the original bug I've had to raise a new one thereby gumming up your system with yet another report to follow up on.

I am trying my best to help here and it's a harder process than it needs to be. I understand LO is a huge project but the bug reporting needs to be better. If, as I suspect, the 'My Bugs' query only shows active bugs it needs to be changed to show all bugs raised by the user, closed or not.

@Mark B,

You've reported this three times now

bug 97761
bug 98597
bug 99199

--each resolved correctly as duplicate of bug 92516 to which you have been subscribed.

Please don't open new duplicate bugs. raal's comment is correct. The project preferred default is for default BZ search to only include currently unresolved issues, i.e. a Resolution field value of "---" including the "My Bugs" retrieval.

Use the Advanced Search panel for more granular control and to select all of your issues--either opened as Reporter or as a Commenter.

What is unhelpful here is wasting the time of the bug triagers by knowingly opening duplicate reports. It is just plain rude.
