Created attachment 125024 [details] Distorted Input Fields Bodhi Moksha LibreOffice Version: 5.1.1.3 See screenshot. Changing any text in any input field (font, font size, style) regardless of if it's in the top toolbar or in the sidebar makes the text get distorted. I have an identical setup on another machine that does not have this problem so I suspect it might be a graphics card issue. It's a regression from previous version. I suggest it be set to at least Major as it is a very basic feature to be able to cleanly change fonts, font size, styles, etc... without it looking ugly, distorted, and illegible. OpenGL is off and this is a fresh profile.
This seems the same as bug 100925, although it is about cell contents. Can you try launching with SAL_SYNCHRONIZE=1 libreoffice bug 100925 has not been bibisected btw..
Found the related reports: bug 99134 and a couple of duplicates in there. They seem to have been of 5.2 alpha, and the bug also seems to be gone in 5.2.
Yep, seems to be the same, let's close this. Regarding bug 100925, the effect for me now seems less severe: I only get the overlaid text in cell for like the first letter for 1 second as I input (in 5.2.2 and 5.3). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 99134 ***
