Since Mocrosoft Windows and Microsoft Office started supporting touch screen, and some Windows devices (see: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/devices) also includes touch screen, LibreOffice should be friendly to touch screen. This bug is used to track issues with touch screen behaviors.
