Created attachment 127757 [details] The Original ODT file For the screenshot please reference http://imgur.com/a/LcCUa The attached file is a normal ODT file, with fonts from Microsoft (but also installed in my Kubuntu box). The original odt file (as attached file): http://imgur.com/HjqVvbW Use Save As... to save this file in OOXML format: http://imgur.com/sv3C5io Something wrong with saved OOXML file (will attach as the second file): http://imgur.com/YTSkA50 The original file should not have been changed, but after closing the window and reopen the original file, it was changed (will attach as the third file): http://imgur.com/wCUcONB
Created attachment 127758 [details] Saved OOXML file The saved OOXML (docx) file, whose layout/display is not correctly either
Created attachment 127759 [details] The original ODT file after saving as docx Since I'm using Save As... the original file should not have been changed. However after closing the window and reopen it, the original ODT file was changed.
The paragraph styles get a white Area color fill. Thus, this is related to bug 92524, although in that one, the paragraph styles also get a white *highlight*. For the other problem, please create a separate report. There can be only one issue per bug report. I didn't quite understand the font problem, so when you create a new issue, try to somehow make it more clear, what the problem is. ** Please read this message in its entirety before responding ** To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! Created attachment 143796 [details] Original odt saved from LO 6.0.x The white table text background no longer happens, I think this was fixed in bug #97090.
Created attachment 143797 [details] Screenshot of the original and the LO6-saved docx Pretty similar looks now. There is a bit of font difference on page 2 (not shown on this), but that's probably just my system lacking the relevant fonts :). I'd suggest to close this as a duplicate.
No comment from Franklin, but let's close. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 97090 ***
