I can't conform this problem in Win10 x64.

Dis you try to restart in safe mode ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once info are provided. Best regards. JBF
Today I tested with a new fresh user profile. The problem stays. 1. After resetting the user profile the language of the user interface is german. 2. In options -> language settings -> languages: I change the user interface language to English (USA). 3. LO requests a restart. 4 After the restart some menu entries are still in german.
I still can't confirm this problem, neither with English (USA) nor with English (UK)user interface.
