Open Calc
Add hyperlink as text via Insert > Hyperlink
Click OK
Open Insert > Hyperlink again
Change Text to Button
Click OK
Hover over the Button hyperlink
You can see the tooltip: "Ctrl + Click to open link www.google.com"
Do Ctrl + Click
Issue: Does not open anything

¿What is the state of the option Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Security/Security options and warnings/Options/Security options - Ctrl-click required to follow hyperlinks?

It is checked. 
In addition, Ctrl + Click works when hyperlink is text.
