Description:
Open the attached pptx file. Only the top bar chart is shown but not the table underneath (This can be seen when opening via Microsoft powerpoint)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Attached PPTX via LibreOffice


Actual Results:  
1. Only bar chart is shown

Expected Results:
Both Bar chart and the table shows


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

I guess you mean the legends aren't displayed.

It's called data table, and showing it below the table is a missing feature in LibreOffice. This issue has already been reported as bug 82218.
