The two open issues here are not about RTL layout, they're about N'Ko, period.

I thus propose one of the following be done:

1. Renaming this bug "N'Ko language-specific issues", and dropping  the block of RTL-CTL (specific N'Ko-related RTL issues can block that one directly as they arise)
2.Removing issues 70792, 106775 (which are not really about RTL) and marking this bug resolved until a relevant issue comes up.
