One of the groupedbar items is labeled as "Graphic" which is inconsistent - the "Image" term is used instead (see bug 70998). Can not confirm on Windows builds. The Groupedbar and Groupedbar Compact are not present in 5.4.4, and in 6.0.0 beta and 6.1.0alpha0+ the Insert control lists only "Image" labels in the widget and on the drop list. What build of LO are you seeing this in? And, could you provide a screen clip so we can see the MUFFIN element in use.

The label is not part of the Insert group, but a title for its own group - see the screenshot. (Found in version 6.0.0.0.beta2, Ubuntu 17.10.)

tabbed groupbar and groupedbar_compact are consistent. everything use Image as the uno command is also Imge.
