The Format menu underwent changes in last releases. It's associated help pages must be updated. Namely the file source/text/shared/00/00040502.xhp. https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/help/source/text/shared/00/00040502.xhp The current contents can be seen in https://help.libreoffice.org/6.2/en-US/text/shared/00/00040502.html The task is to edit the XHP file with the current menu path. For example, there is no *Format - Object - Area* in Writer anymore.

Due to a longer outage I have to take for medical reason (clinical inhabitation) for some weeks to two months in next time I reassign this task to new.
This patch should get Format menu up-to-date: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/help/+/104488 But some submenus are needed to be embedded (so they can replace the control labels and short explanations that were added). The needed submenus are listed, with some code pointers to existing fragments that can be used to construct some of these submenus, at: bug 137084, comment 9
