Description:
Old Hungarian UNICODE is a rtl script, it works as none language on writer,calc, draw, etc. however hu-Hung-HU meta exists. Need to replace none language to that meta.
 

Actual Results:
Old Hungarian script works as none language. (U10C80-10CFF)

Expected Results:
Old Hungarian script assigned to hu-Hung-Hu implemented meta

Exactly the issue of bug 119767

This only gets "fixed" with l10n GUI and locale work of bug 103405, until then text in the script will only be seen as "none".
