Description:
When the attached document is opene in LO one of the arrow changes its head color.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open the attached document in LO and MSO.
    2. Notice the differences.

Actual Results:
The arrow’s head color is grey.

Expected Results:
It should stay black.


Reproducible: Always

The arrowhead changes shape between 5.4.0.3 and 6.0.0.3, previously it used to be an ugly thick one (but it was black). Might be worth bibisecting.
When copying the arrows to a separate document, they are shown fine even in a current version, the issue might be related to the combination of shape and SmartArt or text box.

Additionally, in 4.2.0.4 both horizontal and vertical arrowheads are shown, but only the horizontal can be seen since 4.3.0.4. Might be worth bibisecting.

The arrowheads were never correct (in very old version nothing was shown), so let's change oldest version accordingly.

Seems like this has VML shapes with arrows. Color is imported correctly as black, but the arrow style box is empty.
