Thank you for reporting the bug I confirm the bug in Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: b6b28931435e44aca92b8c0e1659f701e3ed1a87 CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 6.1; UI render: default; VCL: win; TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2019-01-30_06:57:04 Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded
The arrowhead changes shape between 5.4.0.3 and 6.0.0.3, previously it used to be an ugly thick one (but it was black). Might be worth bibisecting. When copying the arrows to a separate document, they are shown fine even in a current version, the issue might be related to the combination of shape and SmartArt or text box. Additionally, in 4.2.0.4 both horizontal and vertical arrowheads are shown, but only the horizontal can be seen since 4.3.0.4. Might be worth bibisecting. The arrowheads were never correct (in very old version nothing was shown), so let's change oldest version accordingly.
