Description:
Replace new bad non functional B&N dialog in Impress for old WORKING dialog.
You made really bad thing. You deleted working B&N dialog, but don't replace it new working dialog. Instead you made terrible and non functional anything.
May be you for start make full functional new B&N dialog and only then replace old for new?!
6.3 release is already nearby and we have a big problem with bullet & numbering options in Impress.
May be move replacing of that dialog into 6.4 release?!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Try use new Bullet and Numbering dialog
3.

Actual Results:
We have a big problem with B&N dialog now

Expected Results:
We have a working old B&N dialog now in 6.3 release


Reproducible: Always

Issues were corrected for 6.3.0.2 for bug 126069, and earlier bug 125642 see no reason to revert
