No repro for me with

Version: 6.5.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 19116d1061b287eef600ec6b3f46c362a4abd405
CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 10.15.1; UI render: default; VCL: osx;
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

and test document provided. The image is displayed on the second page, with text wrapping to the left of the image. None of the footnotes on page 1 are covered.
Comment 4 Alex Thurgood 2019-12-19 09:27:43 UTC
No repro either with

Threads CPU : 4; OS : Mac OS X 10.15.1; UI Render : par défaut; VCL: osx;

@Michel : the test document you have provided doesn't correspond to the screenshot image you have posted. Are you sure that this is the correct problematic document ?

In my case, the document has a single page, with covered notes on bottom

Ok, I deleted the text and changed the font such that it's only one page. I can see the image covering the footnote

Still present in my test case

This is likely not limited to macOS, so setting OS to all for now
Good if someone can confirm!
