When an image is inserted/pasted in WRITER, anchored "As Character", and then rotated, the contents/image itself rotates but not the frame that contains the image.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert or paste and image into a WRITER document
2.Change the anchor to "As Character"
3.Rotate the image plus of mines 90 degrees
The contents of the frame rotate but not the frame itself.
The frame and the image should rotate together.

This has happened in all Libre Office versions I've tried to date (not sure which was the earliest), including v22.214.171.124 installed today. I note that if I follow the same sequence in MS WORD, the frame and contents rotate together as you would expect.

126.96.36.199 didn't allow rotation (possible for this reason)
Regina, why don't we rotate the frame? Seems to be a duplicate of your bug 115550.

We stuck in consolidating Writer objects and Draw objects.
I would say, this bug is duplicate to bug 125594. And there exists bug 130079 which is at least related to the problem.

At the very least it's a dupe of bug 132314, but would be great to have these bugs consolidated.
It's not about cropped images but the bounding box. So taking 125594...
