Example file from Excel

Attached file contains some pie charts with long data labels and Outside placement of labels.
When opened in Calc the data labels are too narrow and too tall, the pie diameters also shrink.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file

Actual results:
Data labels are too narrow and too tall so much that they outflow from the charts area.

Expected results:
Data labels should be wider to fit inside the chart area.

It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#136105 tdf#134883 pie chart: improve data label position

It will be available in 7.1.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
