footnoted, double column section

Writer hangs when opening the attached file in version 7.3 alpha. Document is loaded correctly in version 7.2. The document contains a multi-page section with double columns and footnotes. A single column document loads properly.

I do confirm this regression was introduced by the commit mentioned

I guess we can close this one as duplicated of bug 145826, since that ticket has a unittest
