Description: Meta bug for poor performance or high CPU utilization while scrolling Actual Results: . Expected Results: . Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: .
When I created this meta bug, it seemed like a good idea. But now that I search for "scroll" in the summary with "perf" in the keywords, I find 30 more bugs. I could link them all here, but maybe that is a sign that this meta bug is too general. Xisco, what do you think?
We already have a general META about Scroll problem it's bug 108075 and many reports there are about perf problem. Are you sure we need else one META?
There are so many about scrolling perf problems I think it could make sense to separate them out from other scrolling and page up/page down issues, so that we have two smaller but more focused meta bugs. But if others think that doesn't make sense we can just close this one. It doesn't matter that much to me either way.
